A drug dealer was caught red-handed by as cocaine fell out of his trousers. Dozens of cocaine deals tumbled from the trouser leg of Abdallah Chakir, after a suspicious vehicle was stopped by police in Tunbridge Wells, Kent on 14 April. Chakir had initially tried to convince officers he was simply returning from a weekend of clubbing in London before searches revealed he had in fact been running a supply chain across Kent. When Chakir was detained by police he was seen dropping items in the road, including a plastic container which he tried to kick under the car. Chakir, 36, of no fixed address was charged with possessing cocaine with intent to supply. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years and eight months’ imprisonment on 29 August.
